Blueberry Waffles with Fruit Compote – WW-Friendly Recipe

One thing that WW has taught me is the importance of adding in fruit. Tonight for breakfast, I had blueberry waffles and they were delish!


I started off by simmering frozen cherries and peaches. I added blueberry waffles (I used some from Whole Foods that were 2 for 7 pts. Vans and Kashi have some as well that are lower points). I added a little sugar free syrup (1 pt) and cool whip (2pts) and had this yummy dessert of a dinner.


It was SO good! I had the fruit mixture with a little cool whip and a crunched up graham cracker (2 pts) for a delicious dessert later in the evening. I ate fruit, tried something new, and enjoyed a flavorful dinner. That’s a win!
