Behold, my breakfast sandwiches! I love these so much and wanted to share them with you. I use bagel thins (3 points), an egg (0 points), and a slice of velveeta (1 point) and they are yummy! I’ve added turkey to them, and heard of others who add Canadian Bacon. These used to be 6 points but with the new freestyle program, are 4! I make a week’s worth at a time and then freeze them wrapped in foil in the freezer. In the morning, I just take it out and pop it in the microwave. They are tastey and filling, and healthier than a fast food version.
