With the new Weight Watchers changes, I’ve felt a renewed interest in creating low point meals. Since eggs are 0 points now, it made sense to try an omelette. So this is my easy omelette.
Ingredients include steamed vegetables, leftover chicken from the night before, and low-fat mozzarella cheese. And of course 0 point eggs.
With the cheese, the omelette as shown was 3 points. I added some salsa and sour cream, which took it to 4. It was scrumptious!
