#8 – Reflection & Goals (Podcast)

Join us this week as we reflect on 2017 and talk about goals we set for 2018.  The key to weight loss is sticking with it, so even if we weren’t as successful in 2017 as we wanted, we’ve accomplished and learned a lot.  Be proud of the journey!
