  1. I was so excited to see a new podcast up! The topics are always relevant and relatable.

    Speaking of motivation, I’ve had great motivation and comfort in hearing your stories. Lisa, hearing you speak about how in the past you had the spreedsheet mentality of expected loss had me screaming “that’s so me!”. I’m really appreciating all of y’all’s resolve in the “long haul” of weight loss and acknowledging it’s okay.

    I’ve started my journey in a mindset better than I have ever had before. I’m focusing on what I can do today to be healthier. Ultimately that’s the way to a healthier tomorrow. I pushed aside the time goals/limits and accept that if I consistently do what I know works, I will make goal. When I make goal makes little difference in the grand scheme.

    These are my ramblings and take always from the eatcrunchy sisters ❤️


    1. Wow, thank you so much for the comment! I’m so glad that you listened and threw the spreadsheet away. 🙂 Weight loss is so hard, and acknowledging that is really important. Even with a blog/podcasts, I find that I struggle all the time. All the time, every day. One step forward at a time is the goal. You are not alone and you can keep taking steps. Those steps add up!
