Lately I have been rediscovering berries. I forgot how much I enjoyed them! It all began with trying to find ways of using zero point yogurt which, in and of itself, is very bitter. But with strawberries and blueberries, it’s delicious! I have had berries with cereal, yogurt, and on its own as a side. I find that I have more success when I eat lots of fruits and vegetables than when I don’t. I am hoping that my rediscovery of berries will help on the scale this week! Is there any sort of food that you’ve been rediscovering lately?
