Thank you Rebecca for your sharing. I have known for some time that I can’t lose weight by working out, it takes changing what I eat. I was given a reminder of this again recently. I couldn’t drop the weight even though I was working out 5-6 days a week. But once I joined WW and got my eating under control things started moving in the right direction. But for me working out keeps me motivated because I see myself getting stronger. Hang in there – it will happen.
