Air Fryer Creations: Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
I did this with 1 egg, a couple tablespoons of Panko bread crumbs, and 1 point cheese from Aldi. The whole wheat Panko had a strong flavor, so next time I might go with a bit less. But all in all, it was a low point, crunchy and melty snack.
